AI Skillz Club · for teams

Creative Empowerment & confidence
To Make Change Happen With AI.

AI is divisive. Some people are excited, some are scared, most are somewhere in between. This programme welcomes all of that. Ai Skillz Club is a safe space for your team to be honest about what worries them, explore what's actually possible, and start using AI in ways that feel right.

The goal isn't AI for its own sake. It's freeing people from the work that gets in the way of their best thinking, so they can spend more time on the things only humans can do.

The format

You're not learning about AI.
You're doing it.

Between sessions you get a brief. You use AI to build something — a tool, an automation, a prototype, a redesigned process. Then we all watch it, ask questions, and talk about what it means.

Doing it, watching others do it, and realising you can do more than you thought. Sceptics welcome.

What actually changes

People stop letting AI happen to them. They start directing it.

None of our members were developers. The pattern is always the same: one build that surprises them, and then they can't stop.

01

Replaced entire teams with automations and made their business profitable for the first time.

02

Built tools their clients didn't think were possible.

03

Encoded proprietary consulting methodologies into digital products.

04

Prototyped new revenue ideas in an afternoon.

But the deeper shift is this — they stopped being passive about AI. They got their hands on it. And once you're holding the reins, the fear starts to look like opportunity.

The curriculum

Eight sessions over sixteen weeks. Each one builds on the last.

Between every session, you build something real and bring it back to show the group.

Safety, ethics, and the limits of AI aren't a separate module — they run through every session. We talk about what AI gets wrong, where human judgment is irreplaceable, and how to use these tools responsibly.

01

Getting set up

Topic · Your environment, your first build, and an honest look at what AI is — and isn't.

You leave able to · Navigate AI confidently, articulate the real limitations, and identify where it genuinely helps versus where it falls short.

02

Thinking in prompts

Topic · AI output quality starts with you. How to direct it, not just use it.

You leave able to · Write prompts that get results, spot when AI is confabulating, and know when to trust the output and when to push back.

03

Automate your day

Topic · Reclaim your time. Identify the low-value work that's been eating your creative hours.

You leave able to · Build a working automation without writing code — and spend that recovered time on the things that actually need you.

04

Brand, design and ideas

Topic · AI as an exploration engine. What happens to creative judgment when execution becomes instant?

You leave able to · Use AI to explore more directions faster — while keeping your creative standards and taste firmly in the driving seat.

05

Build a tool

Topic · From idea to working prototype without a development team.

You leave able to · Build a functional internal tool and understand what it takes to ship something responsibly.

06

Rethink a workflow

Topic · Don't add AI to your existing process. Redesign the process.

You leave able to · Strip out unnecessary steps, identify where human judgment still belongs, and draft a leaner way of working.

07

New products and revenue

Topic · What can you now offer that you couldn't before? And what are the ethical questions you need to ask before you build it?

You leave able to · Prototype a new idea fast enough to decide whether it's worth pursuing — and articulate the responsible boundaries around it.

08

Making the case for change

Topic · How to bring your organisation with you — including the sceptics.

You leave able to · Make a credible internal pitch for AI adoption that takes safety and human flourishing seriously, not just efficiency.

Our belief

The opportunity is enormous. But we'll only capture it if we get there deliberately.

Understanding the risks, setting the right boundaries, and keeping humans at the centre of the decisions that matter.

This programme isn't about replacing people. It's about giving people the tools to do their most human work. Less admin. Less repetition. More thinking, more creating, more problem-solving at the level only they can operate at.

We care about human flourishing. That's why we care about getting this right.

A confident cross-functional team standing together

Who it's for

People who define and deliver work not developers.

Creative and professional teams across design, strategy, marketing, operations, and product.

Best results come from cross-functional cohorts. A designer, a strategist, and an ops lead in the same room learn from each other in ways a departmental training never produces.
